My first question is always “How can I help?” because help is what home buyers and homeowners want. I don’t have a canned pitch because every prospective customer is unique.
My approach is Conversation, not Presentation. Everyone has different needs. I’ll buy you a cup of coffee and we’ll talk about your wants and needs and what you expect from your Real Estate experience.
There is no more important time to be truly human than when experiencing a stressful event. And yes, selling or buying a home can be stressful. My role is to help simplify and remove as much of the stress as possible.
Both my Buyer and Homeowner clients say that they most benefitted from my years of negotiating skills to make sure the price matched their needs. I focus on you, my client, to make sure you get as close to what you want and need while making the process as easy and seamless as it can be. That means ANY question is welcome.
My advice would be to find a Realtor that is the best fit for YOU. Find a Realtor who will listen, explain and keep you informed every step of the way.
It’s easy for an agent to put your most valuable asset (your home) on the MLS, then hope for a buyer to come. It’s harder to find an agent who will actively Market your home. Ask each Realtor for their digital marketing plan to ensure they have the latest and most current techniques for finding buyers.
For home buyers, I would advise you find a Realtor who takes the time to listen and understand YOU and your goals and puts YOU first.
I started real estate as an investor in 1985 with my first rental property. I earned my real estate license early in 2009 because I wanted to make a full time living sharing what I’ve learned about real estate as a small investor and homeowner. I like helping people get through the complexities and challenges of buying and selling real estate while making it a positive experience for all involved.
